ble scanner with cheap ass beacon

hey all,
new to esp32's.

im using esp32-wroom-32D
using arduino ide with ble scanner but the cheap ass beacons arent showing up right.

the 2 lines in red only show up in the 1st scan and dont show any other info. any idea what i can change in the code to make it work?
the 2 cheap ass beacons do show up in ble scanning apps on a iphone.
