Is there a reference of the HCI command set supported by ESP32? I've looked high and low, and can't find such a thing. Specifically, I'm interested in being able to set the various power levels of BLE advertising/transmission. I don't think that these are part of the TI HCI specification, and are vendor specific.
As background, I'm trying to modify the ArduinoBLE library to be able to increase the BLE power on the MKR boards. It seems to be set at utlra low power.
