My INMP441 don't work on ESP32-S3-DevkitC-1

I've bought INMP441 recently and can't figured out what did i do wrong. Mic doesn't record any sound.

How can i fix this ?

At least i have size in file:

recording.wav 655404 bytes
Also i've tried this code:

But serial plotter is showing something strange (a lot of data every second even if the room is quiet) (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED)
