(technical support): cannot use device/access denied

I get the error "access denied" when I attempt to connect them to a flask server ("the device actively refused the connection"). It has cost me several weeks ruling out the wifi, the computers, the cables, the code, and everything else. I must conclude that there is something about the chips themselves which is causing this. Please advise. I am using 2 different systems -- windows 10 and macbook pro 2019 (intel) OSX Sonoma (14.5).

You need to be a lot more precise than this - what are you connecting to what, can you post your source code and/or SDK versions, what is your network setup?
