Connect esp32 to phone without app using bluetooth classic

I am using ESP32 dev module with Arduino IDE.
ESP board version : 2.0.5
Arduino version : 2.0.2

My goal is to get the MAC address of the device that tries to connect with esp32 which will be used later. I have to do this daily for different devices(phones to be specific). I can do this easily if I can connect to esp32 but I could not find a way to do this without application. What is the solution for this ? I do not have option to develop or use existing application in phone.

If this is not possible than can I use paring option only, to fetch the MAC address ? I do get callback on new device pairing but the problem here is I could not remove my esp32 from phone automatically hence next time device will not initiate pairing and EPS32 will not get callback hence no response for ESP32 to work with.

In other way I am looking for solution that works with options available in the phone's settings only.
