esp32 az-delivery c1 r32 ( only one button) web server satrts only with serial monitor

I made an asincronous web servwe that compile and uloade regularly with usb and Paltformio on visual studio cose!
The strange thing is that teh boot does not happen or , better, the wifi web server does not startup if i do not run the serial monitor!
As i start the serial monitor on Platformio of visual studio code the server run immediatly.

If i compile and upload in Arduino, nothing happens even if i start serial monitor.

I think thi is related only to the wifi, and i suspect that the problem came from the reset of the esp32 !?!?

Now i was able to start the web server without serial monitor, changing the card and the usb!

But, after some time ( may be an hour or so ) the web server lost connection.
I can restart the webserver by pushing the restart button ( the only one present on the board).
After some time......

The webserver does not start nomore if alimented from esternal usb, it start immediately only if i connect to the PC USB!

BUT after starting from the pc USB, if i disconnect from pc and then connect to external usb power, IT RUNS!!!

So, it is non sense!
Maybe the pc is sending to the USB via serial some command able to restore ESP32 functionality ??

After some trying i realized that WHEN power comes from a USB power ( tryed 2 different kind), if i press the onboard restart button the web server goes down and do not start anymore.

It starts immediately only if i connect to the PC USB (seems like the pc sends some reset command to some pin on the board)!

It is a nightmare!

Resume:
-I compile and upload from Platform io, the webserver start ( now without opening the serial monitor)
-If i disconnect from PC USB and connect to an external USB 5v power it runs
-If i push the restart hardware button on board, the webserver IP disappear and web server cannot start
-If i connect to pc USB then the ewb server start and after that, i can disconnect from pc ann connect to esternal USB and it runs ( since i do not press the onboard button

Update:

Ok i realize that, if i change usb cable and a new card, i was able to compile and upload and start the webserver when opening serial monitor, then, when i unplug usb from pc and plug to an external usb the web server runs.

BUT if i press the restart button on the esp32 device, i lost the web server and cannot reload
So the only way to get the web server running is to NOT press the restart button!

This is a nightmare!
