esptool: No such file or directory

Hi,
I have recently updated my mac for a new version, each time I do this I have issues uploading a code to esp32.
This is the error i'm getting as to now, what should I do?
I tried to delete and reinstall, and the file do appear, but after one run it is being deleted.
I also tried changing platform.txt file as they say here:

with no success.

My macOS is Monterey version 12.6.1 and I use this link in arduino IDE boards URL:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espre ... index.json

What are the steps I need to take to get it back working?

I have this in my additional boards manager URLS

I'm on Mojave though
