ESP32-C3 BLE Observer and Broadcaster Roles examples

Is there any examples for the ESP32 that shows how configure the bluetooth as a broadcaster or observer roles?
I've been looking for examples of this with no success, so maybe the BLE integrated on the ESP32 is not capable of this functions?
I'm using esp32-c3-mini-1 module that has BLE 5.0 so it should be possible right?
