ESP BLE Reconnect - reconnect phone to BLE Node after reset

Hi
anyone have any sample code for BLE esp-idf
I wanna reconnect to ble (esp32) with my phone after restarting the esp32 and dont what to pair new device (just do new pairing for first time) after that just connect or auto connect to paired device
so I dont know what should I do
if you have not any source or dont want to share please just say what should I do in code?

and at the end I wanna do it exactly for BLE Mesh
