Build AVS sample code with latest IDF version

Hi, im new to ESP32 development, i have found an AVS project here: https://github.com/espressif/esp-va-sdk but with the latest build system, this project seem out of date( latest i used cmake with idf.py), i really want to try AVS on ESP board in a quick way first to see how it work like i tried on Raspberry with this project: https://github.com/alexa/avs-device-sdk. Could you guys please show me some example to make this project run on LyraTD with the new build system?
