Load any picture via COM port and display it on LCD

I created a possibly helpful project that demonstrates how to load larger data from PC (Windows 10) to ESP32 via UART0 - which is a default onboard USB/TTL serial port.
It uses WPF Application to connect to the board. I hope it will help the community
