Zephyr port for ESP32

Hello --
I've started porting Zephyr RTOS to ESP32.
The preliminary port, with basic things such as threading, synchronization, timers, & serial console is already public; I've started working on adding support for I/O and will eventually try to get connectivity to work (other things have to be enabled first, such as the flash cache; esp32-wifi-libs is just too big).
Other than the commit messages, there is no documentation yet for this particular port. However, feel free to ask any questions or even help move the port forward.
