ESP32-DevKitC-VB WiFi module broken

Hello,

I have a ESP32-DevKitC-VB revision 4 bought from mouser here. I am afraid the Wifi module is broken, it cannot find AP names. I tried two different units of the same model. I tried with ESP-IDF, MicroPython and Arduino and all won't connect. They do connect from time to time but they generally don't. So, basically, it is rendered useless. Probably a manufacturing error of some sort. Can someone with the same version check for me?
