I have the following message in the serial monitor after booting. The message "E (1084) rmt: rmt_new_tx_channel(210): invalid interrupt priority:-1515870811" it repeat infinitelly.
Downloading the "Factory_Reset_And_Bootloader_Repair.bin" whit ESPTool does not help, give error during the download.
Need help solve it.

Sounds like you have some bug in your code. Without more information, we can't really tell you more.

Try forcing the ESP32C3 into download mode by grounding GPIO9 (maybe your board has a button for it?) when powering it on. Esptool should be able to flash it then.
