BLE GATT error - "Unhandled property uuid"

We are running an ESP32-WROOM32 talking BLE to an iPad. (iPad is running our own App, written in Swift)

When we connect to the iPad, the ESP32 gives the following warning on the serial console:

I (3956468) GATTS_T: Unhandled property uuid 10498, for handle 143

Does anyone know what this is, or how to debug it? I haven't been able to find an answer online.
