esp_restart() does a full reset of all peripherals
How can I do a full restart like with a hard reset?

can i use from FreeRTOS for reset this?
esp_restart_noos()

...what is the difference between a full restart and a restart which restarts all peripherals? What is the problem you're trying to solve here?
