Help!!! A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet header

I have 2x ESP32 WROOM-32. Both works fine with Arduino. However, only one works with IDF. The other one keeps giving me this error:

A fatal error occurred: Timed out waiting for packet header

How can I fix this problem?

Hi,

Would you please let me know that when you are getting this type of error? At the time while entering into boot mode or at the time of flashing firmware into that device?

If at the time of flashing firmware then would you please keep baudrate as 115200 and check same? Also, Which ESP32 Flash Download too are you using?
