Difference in programming speed between JTAG and UART ESP32 module

Hello all,
So my question would be:
Has anyone made any comparison between flahing the chip through USB/UART and JTAG?
For now I have connected the ESP32-WROOM-32 with the USB/UART interface and managed to flash the iperf example in 5.8 seconds with 921600 baud (Attachment).
I do not have a development kit for the moment, so I cannot try how much time it would take to do this with a JTAG.
Can someone help in case he tried?
Otherwise, can somebody make any general comparison between the two methods for the specific chip?
