Problem Flashing WROVER KIT with Debugger

Hi,

i have a problem with flashing the WROVER-Kit-V3 with die Debugging function in eclipse.
I set everything like in the tutorial:

espacially the option in Picture 1 (See the attachments).

See Picture 2 for the settings in eclipse on my PC.

Now you can see the problem in Picture 3. OpenOCD couldn't open the file. There must be a problem with the path.
