SoftAP can not be connect by simple code

I got a issue while trying to make a access point.
I used just simple code without any change, myssid could be found by other device as computer cellphone etc,

but not all devices could connect to it.



my computer can not connect it and even the wifi icon show an error icon.
error msg: "Can't connect to this network" (win11) and where have no eventlog at all.

Google pixel phone show connect failed after i typed password: mypassword;

esp32 model esp32-wroom-32, it's evaluate board so i believe the hardboard.

any suggestion?
