GPIO 4 (TX) <-------> GPIO 4 (RX)

AS I am trying above combinations of OTA-RCP unfortunately its not working as expected.ESP-IDF 5.1.4 - branch - main
RCP Example Flashed(esp-idf/examples/openthread/ot_rcp/main/)
S3 example Flashed (esp-thread-br/examples/)
- Tried the same with IDF version ESP-IDF 5.3.1
- Tried Tag v1.0 -> Example versions for the S3 example
- Tried C6 instead of H2.
Please help me out resolving the issue.
Observation:
S3 able to keep the rcp in boot mode, but update is not starting.
