Cannot debug on ESP32S3 with ESP-IDF5.2 with builtin jtag

Hello,

I use an ESP32-S3-DevKitC1, with Espressif IDE.

The first error is Error: 9872 18107 xtensa.c:2405 xtensa_update_instruction(): [esp32s3.cpu0] Error writing instruction to memory: -4

The jtag debuging works fine on ESP-IDFV5.0.6 but not on 5.1 neither 5.2

I’m stuck on this problem for several days.

I’ll really apreciate any useful help.
