Esp32 as Access point and windows 7 as client

Hello dear engineers
I use espressif ide 5.
I have problem with using esp32 wroom as access point and windows 7 as station. I use a dongle to have wifi.
There is no problem when I use windows 10.
What should I check on my code or in windows 7 device?
