Merge esp-idf and iot-middleware-freertos-sample codes.

I have a working Azure iot hub sample code(iot-middleware-freertos-sample) and UART interrupt code(esp-idf). Now i have to use UART and other pheripherals in Azure code. How to merge both esp-idf and iot-middleware-freertos-sample codes.
