I'm installing the latest (5.1) release. I originally did it in VSC. Then I tried from the command line and I get the same result. I originally had the 5.0 release and am trying to upgrade. I removed the .espressif and esp folders from my home directory before installing. This happens on the first build run. I'm running this on an M1 iMac with latest OS version.

UPDATE: I've now tried multiple times to install both v5.1 and v5.0 (which I as able to install before) with the same error. If I had a more information on what this error message means it might help. I've also rechecked that the prerequisites are all installed as well.
