xtensa-esp32-elf-gdb.exe cannot be Run
after Update to ESP V51RC1 And downloading ESP-Tools - xtensa-esp-elf-gdb 12.1_20221002

What should I do?

The gdb-exe seems to be 0KB in size. Possibly the download did not work right. Try uninstalling and re-installing the toolchain, e.g. via idf_tools.py.
