espressif IDE stuck with building active configuration

I downloaded espressif IDE 2.8.1 with esp-idf ver4.4 and installed it
but it stucks in building active configuration as in the attachments you can see in progress bar at the down right side and because the progress cannot finish i cannot do anything only from task manager and end task the "OpenJDK binary platform"
