Bluedroid : Automatic/Manual SendResponse

Good afternoon,

I am using Bluedroid on a ESP32-WROOM1 module.
In fact, I have a module for a client and a module for a server.
After writing a characteristic of the server, it seams that the sendresponse is automatically sent to the client.

I would like to send the sendresponse manually. How can I do that ? How can I configure the server so that the sendresponse
must be sent automatically please ?
I have used the server and client example.
