softAP clients

Hi guys,
I have a quick question, perhaps someone can help me out: is there a way to kick out a client (station) connected to an AP?
I'm running a softAP, I periodically refresh the list of connected stations, and at one point, since the maximum number of connections is quite low, I may decide to terminate a connection and kick out a certain station from the AP. Is it even possible to do that based on MAC, IP or perhaps station number picked up from the list?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, many thanks!
