ld_acl.c error

Does anyone have any idea what this error means?
ASSERT_ERR((((uint16_t)clkoff1 << 0) & ~((uint16_t)0x000007FF)) == 0), in ld_acl.c at line 302
I don't have ld_acl.c source file in my SDK. I guess it's inside a pre-compiled library.
