Azure prov_dev_client_ll_sample work ESP-IDF 3.2 but not ESP-IDF 4.0

I'm working with Visual Code Studio and Platformio.

With the new ESP-IDF 4.0 i have the error

I (39673) esp-tls: Certificate verified.

I can't find any about this error.
I have tried increase TLS OUT buffer to 16K

Any idea?
