Many Bluetooth devices controlled by one application...

Can this be done on Android or IOS?
Its very difficult to search for this concept and answers, so I hope someone can point the way...

You didn't say what type of devices but this is exactly what Bluetooth mesh is for.

Yeah I am not sure yet, its for an application where I will be sending data back and forth just to update a UI, so very small amounts of data... something like 1000bps would be more than enough....
What ever is chosen I want the best one that is well supported across all platforms and versions. (IOS, Android, and ESPRESSIF)

If you have more than 5 devices, mesh. Otherwise, gatt.
