How to edit phy_init_data.bin

Hi Forum, it's my first post 
I'm trying to modify phy_init_data.bin from bt_spp_acceptor(bluetooth) example project. Can sb tell me how much more power can I apply to the Esp32 module to gain higher range? I was altering txpwr_qdb_0 to txpwr_qdb_5. Can I set value higher then 78 ?
How to calculate CRC ? I was uploading changed file but I saw no effect on radio power
