Access to PSRAM on ESP32 3 causes asserts

Found issue. There was a typo in GPIO config that was initializing GPIO_33 inadvertently. All is working now!!!! For those looking for solution to similar issue. CHECK ALL THE GPIO for the PSRAM!!!
