1. Use https://dl.espressif.com/dl/esp-idf-tools-setup-2.3.exe
2. Let the installer download a fresh copy of ESP-IDF

This does not work again at the first installation step. It seems that manufacturers do not want to sell and maintain their products. Very sad. Two days have already been lost to upgrade from esp-idf-v3. 2. 2 to esp-idf-v4.0

Looks like the issue is caused by the Eclipse version - Could you make sure you have got the Eclipse 2018-12 CDT and above

Please provide the eclipse environment information to check further on this. Please copy and paste the entire config information and attach here.

Thank you , installing Eclipse 12-2018 helped. I was able to open my project from v3. 2. 2 But there are problems with include. Files are visible , but errors appear during compilation.

And finally the final chord, after restarting the Eclipse nothing else works. It's probably time to go back to v3. 2. 2. At least through the ass, but everything worked.

Stable version 3.2.2 is waiting for me. V4 never again .
