ESP-IDF v3.0.9 is the last v3.0.x release. ESP-IDF v3.0.x is now End of Life and is no longer supported. It is recommended to upgrade to a newer stable release version. The ESP-IDF Support Policy has more information about support periods.

At time of writing, the latest stable release is V3.3.
