U8G2 Library error defined but not used

Hi, previously I was using esp-idf windows command line, I tried to build example oled projects of lucadentella and neil kolban, but when i tried to compile it always said no such file or directory. I deleted and installed esp-idf legacy version with msys32 (cmd version has lots of cons tbh) and when I try to compile it says "defined but not used". I commented those lines on u8g2's u8x8 header files but I cannot keep commenting all those lines. Do you have a solution for this error? I see lots of guys use this lib without problems, but I think I need to find another library with less complex things going on.
