I am looking to make a CAN BT bridge between two ESPs, and I need the packet message latency to be as small as possible. The CAN packet consists of 14 bytes, where one of the bytes is a packet counter for integrity checking.
I am new to BT, and I want to know what profile I should use. I was thinking Classic BT and SPP, but SPP might not be the best choice. I looked through several examples and discussions on the board and I see that SPP might have an issue with running out of credits causing large time message latency.
What is the best BT profile for sending and receiving 14 bytes of data with the least latency with the current IDF?
Thanks in advance
Doug
What is the best BT profile for low latency delay?
