How to increase the ESP32 Bluetooth transfer rate

Recently, I used two ESP32 Bluetooth modules as the host and slave to transmit data. I want to know the maximum Bluetooth transfer rate of the official test ESP32. I am using the official example code bt_spp_acceptor/bt_spp_initiator to measure a rate of only about 200kbps. How can I increase the rate?<br/>
