NVS WiFi data - how to read?

I looked for documentation, but could not see if there was a way to read WiFi config from NVS rather than attempting to connect first. Use case is flexibility in a WiFi manager.

You can call esp_wifi_get_config function after calling esp_wifi_init — this will return configuration previously saved into NVS.
