Windows error finding requirements.txt

Hi,
I'm new to this esp environment. I'm trying compile hello_world in my windows 7 pc but I'm getting a error that I couldn't solved even after searching for solutions online. I will be thankful if anybody could help me to solve this issue. I attached the error which I'm getting as a image file. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dhananjay,

The requirements.txt file is in a different directory to your project. If you copy and paste the suggested command from the error (with the full path to requirements.txt) then it should work.
