Tracing and coverage analysis over JTAG

I saw this statement as part of the 3.0 IDF release notes: "New debugging features, such as tracing and coverage analysis over JTAG"

I am very interested in using the coverage analysis features. Can someone point me to the documentation for how to set this up?
