3.1 beta -- JTAG software breakpoints?

Hi,
According to the 3.1 beta release notes, there is a new feature in the Host-Side Tools
"JTAG: Support software breakpoints set in flash"

Any more details on this? I would love to set more than 2 breakpoints.

Sorry, that line in release notes sounds like you can go and use software breakpoints in flash now... Unfortunately this is not yet so: we have merged necessary changes into IDF, but OpenOCD does not have this feature merged yet. Changes to OpenOCD are coming in a few weeks (code is ready, needs more tests).
