FCC test modes without Serial connection

I am working on FCC/CE certification on a product with the ESP32 SoC, and I have an issue. The documentation for ESP32 Certification and Test are only bin files. I also need to run other code to fully demonstrate the product to the test lab. Is there any way to get source code to enable the test modes? I am specifically looking for the "SCW Tx Command".
