Reading from USB on ESP32-S3

Good day

I have a esp32-s3 and I am trying to read data from a USB. I have tried everything but cannot get it to work. I have tried arduino Ide and Espressif-IDE with TinyUSB but cannot get it to work. Is there a different way? I want to read a certain tect file "AAA.txt" and verify the text inside.
