Strange behavior in IO26, IO39-45 on ESP32-S2N4

I'm having some issues with getting simple GPIO outputs on my ESP32-S2N4 module. For whatever reason, I'm unable to control the on/off state of IO26, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45. Any ideas what might be interfering? There's nothing else that appears to be using the pins and I've confirmed that the pin configurations are updating normally, so I'm at a complete loss here.
