Changing project path and/or name

I am a beginner in ESP-IDF development. Currently, I am using Win10 + VS Code + ESP-IDF extension to develop firmware for ESP32-S3.

Now, I have a very basic, perhaps even somewhat foolish, question. After creating a project, I want to change its path and project name. Is there a quick way to do this? I have read the official documentation but haven't found an answer.

After changing the project's save path, I am unable to execute the idf.py command in the terminal! it tells me the command cannot be found.

I would be very grateful if anyone could offer me some advice.
