ESP32C6 Debugging

I have ESP32C6-Mini-U1 with the programmer board for debugging, I always need to connect the esp32 devkit and the programmer with USBs to start debugging could I only debug using only the JTAg on the programmer without connecting the esp32 devkit with USB?

You need to be a bit more specific: do you have a link or part number to the boards you're using?
