Upgrade Espressif IDE

I've installed ESP-IDF using esp-idf-tools-setup-online-2.21.exe from https://dl.espressif.com/dl/esp-idf/

Espressif IDE is then installed at C:\Espressif\tools\espressif-ide\2.9.0

What is the correct way to upgrade/add Espressif IDE 2.10?

To upgrade or add Espressif IDE version 2.10, you can follow these steps:

Download the Espressif IDE 2.10 installer package from the official Espressif website or a trusted source.
