Esp32S3 : Question concerning NVS

I have still one more question please.

When dealing with strings in NVS, how many characters can I put in one entry please ?
How can I know the number of entries that will be used if I want to store a (For example) 25 characters
string ? What is the calculation that I have to do please ?
